La Pacheca Vivero Ornamental is a family nursery with over 25 years of experience dedicated to the cultivation and export of ornamental plant.
It is located between the provinces of Alicante and Murcia, in an area with exceptional weather conditions. Our specialty is the Mediterranean and Australian plant with flower, cactus, succulents and palm trees.
We also have a cash and carry with a wide variety of plant both interior and exterior created exclusively for professionals in the sector.
In the beginning, the company was horticultural. Its founder, Victoriano Martinez, looking for new alternatives of crops decided to try the ornamental sector. This new adventure started with the plantation of Poinsettias and green plants for the local market.
Few years later, his sons Victor, Angel and Daniel Martínez, with very different and disparate formations took part of the project with the conviction and the dream of making it big. They work every day to offer the national and European market a great production adapted to its demands of quality and service.
In this way we’re getting year after year a balanced and sustainable growth as a recognized company in this mentioned national and international level.
Aware of the impact that most companies generate in our environment, we decided to bet for the control of pests and diseases of our crops by the fight made by living organisms which are also beneficial for the crop.
We have achieved that part of our nurseries are supplied entirely by solar energy. This is our way and we won´t stop until all our installations are environmentally friendly.
We offer our customers 3,000,000 plants in recycled plastic flowerpots and different formats. Our plants grow in greenhouses and mesh. In total we have 40Ha of cultivation.
Since part of our crops need heating, nothing better than producing electricity and reusing warm water to heat our installations.
Good practices carried out at La Pacheca Viveros are accredited with the attainment of quality GLOBAL GAP GRASP seals.
This quality certification guarantees our clients that our producing-way suits the international recognized agricultural standards and thanks to the GRASP module we care about health, safety and welfare of workers.
We are of course committed by recycling: 80% of our pots come from recycled plastic. In the other hand, we also recycle and reuse all paper, cardboard, plastics and packaging we need for our production.
